By accessing and using Depto Verify ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Depto Verify provides OTP (One-Time Password) delivery services through SMS. Our service allows you to send verification codes to phone numbers for authentication purposes without requiring DLT registration.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk SMS
• Use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Send messages to numbers without proper consent

5. Payment and Billing

Our service operates on a prepaid wallet system:

• You must maintain a positive wallet balance to send OTPs
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Depto Verify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall Depto Verify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
